Tasty Green Beens

Our late planting of green beens is starting to produce heavily! These are a different variety than we've had before (I thought I had ordered the same seeds!). They are very meaty with small, delicate seeds. The beans look like they're overgrown, but they're actually very tender. $1/lb

Salad tomatos are starting to fade out. We have both yellow and red varieties of grape tomatoes, $2/lb

Large "Beafsteak" type tomatoes are at their peak. We have a Brandywine, Pineapple, and a few other varieties that are extremely large and tasty. $2/lb

Speckled Roman Tomatoes, our favorite sauce tomato ever are starting to take of. We're getting 10-20 lbs a day. $1.50/lb

Swiss Chard $2/lb

Green bell peppers $1/lb

"Garden Sunshine" peppers are a yellow to orange bell-looking pepper but they have a much firmer texture and sweet flavor. This are the kids' favorite snack! $1/lb

Feel free to drop by or set an appointment via phone or e-mail to come and pick up a delicious salad mix for dinner!
